Last Friday, mixed martial artist and karate-ka Lyoto Machida visited the Championship Martial Arts World Training Center in Orlando to conduct a martial arts strategies seminar with a group of local CMA instructors. Machida displayed his vast knowledge by breaking down several techniques while explaining the WHY behind every one of them. This training session fostered an engaging learning environment while providing a fun experience for all the instructors in attendance.
Before the event came to an end, Lyoto Machida took it a step further as he talked about what should be essential in one’s personal life by sharing three crucial principles he follows when facing adversity:Â ACCEPT.ADAPT.SOLVE.
